Position : PMO Engineer ( Project Management Office Engineer)

Work Location : Riyadh, KSA

Work schedul e: 5 days / week

Dorsch is working as a leading Engineering Consulting with Several Reputed Clients in the GCC region.

Exp in Large scale scope projects related to Royal Palaces, Luxury, VIP Villa, and related Facilities, assets will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of project portfolios and lifecycle delivery, ensuring efficient and effective support for all capital projects.
• Support Governance, Scheduling and Cost Monitoring
• Change Orders
• Maintain Risk Registers.
• Define and manage the governance, plans and structure of the Portfolio Management Office to ensure portfolios, programs and projects deliver the objectives of the business.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for project management and report on project progress to executive management.
• Collaborate with other departments and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and stage gate processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes and implement effective changes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized western university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a project management office (PMO) environment with Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques and implementation of portfolio models.
• PMP (Portfolio Management Professional) certification or equivalent experience is required.
• PMO - CP certification or equivalent experience is required.
• Exp working on Large Scale Projects related to ROYAL Palaces, is Mandatory.
