As a PMO Generalist, this role offers you a versatile start to your career in project management. Positioned at the heart of our project management processes, you will experience various specializations such as analyzing business requirements (BA), tracking project plans and tasks (PM), and ensuring software quality (QA). You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, standardization, and success across all our projects.Under the mentorship of our experienced project managers and the PMO team, you will focus on improving our processes throughout the project lifecycle and providing support to project teams. What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

To ensure the consistent application of PMO-defined project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and processes by all project teams, and to provide support to the teams in this regard.

To regularly track project portfolio health metrics (e.g., time, budget, KPIs) and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management using tools like Jira and Confluence.

To manage the document templates (e.g., project charter, risk form) used throughout the Project Lifecycle, ensure they are kept up-to-date, and offer suggestions for improvement.

To support the organization of critical project meetings (e.g., kick-off, status reviews), take meeting minutes, and track action items.

To actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the PMO and develop new ideas to increase efficiency.

To execute project delivery and closure processes, ensuring that the experience and critical information gained throughout the project are recorded.

To provide support for requirements analysis and software testing processes.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

A recent graduate (or with up to 1 year of experience) with a degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies, or a strong desire to learn and develop in this area.

Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, or the ability to learn them quickly.

Basic knowledge of data, databases, and SQL for reporting and data analysis purposes.

Highly adaptable and able to work effectively on multiple projects with changing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Haves:

Internship or project experience in PMO, Business Analysis (BA), or Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
