PMO Implementation & Governance Consultant (client-facing, non-technical)

xPMO is an Arabic-first PMO and portfolio- governance  platform built for the GCC's giga-project era — plus the consultancy that implements it. We help developers, government bodies and PMOs turn governance from documents on a shelf into a living system: portfolio, stage gates, risk, readiness and leadership reporting in one place, bilingual (AR/EN) and AI-assisted. We're pre-launch, heading to commercial launch at  Cityscape Global, November 2026 , and building our founding team now. Based in  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

About the role  You're an experienced  PMO / EPMO practitioner  who knows governance, stage gates and process inside out. You'll be the  expert in the room  — joining client meetings, shaping their operating model, and leading the (non-technical) setup and configuration of xPMO for each client. You turn governance best practice into a running system.

What you'll do

• Partner with clients to understand their portfolio, governance and reporting needs.
• Lead xPMO  implementation setup : workspaces, stage-gate models, RACI, processes, templates and readiness checklists (non-technical configuration).
• Join and help lead  client meetings, workshops and demos  as the PMO / governance subject-matter expert.
• Design and document governance frameworks, project controls and process flows.
• Support  digital-transformation  engagements and drive user adoption.

What we're looking for

• Solid  PMO or EPMO experience  (giga-projects, government, real estate or consulting a plus).
• Deep knowledge of  stage gates, RACI, governance frameworks, and process development & management .
• Digital transformation  experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; confident leading meetings and workshops.
• Bilingual  Arabic / English  strongly preferred.
• PMP, PMO-CP, P3O or similar a plus.
