Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, adaptable PMO Intern who will support program execution, documentation, reporting, and coordination across internal and client teams. This role offers exposure to end-to-end project execution in an InsurTech environment and may evolve into a Business Analyst role based on performance and business requirements.

The intern will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients, and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Support program and project management activities including meeting notes, MoMs, action tracking, and follow-ups

· Prepare status updates, dashboards, and periodic reports

· Maintain and update project trackers, risk logs, and dependency lists

· Assist in documentation such as process notes, requirement summaries, and reports

· Coordinate with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders

· Attend client meetings to listen, observe, document, and learn domain context

· Support ad-hoc tasks required to keep projects moving forward

· Gradually assist in Business Analyst activities such as understanding processes and capturing requirements

Required Qualifications

· BE / BTech / MBA (or equivalent)

· Strong interest in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting roles

· Willingness to work from client locations (Mumbai / Navi Mumbai)

· Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours based on project needs

· Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

Preferred (Good to Have)

· Prior internship or project exposure in PMO, Business Analysis, Consulting, or BFSI

· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar

· Ability to quickly learn insurance and InsurTech domain concepts
