Position Summary

The PMP-Certified Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using PMI-recognized best practices and methodologies
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and deadlines
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and contract negotiations as needed
• Conduct project evaluations and recommend improvements for future initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, team collaboration, and process optimization

QualificationsRequired:

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3–7+ years of professional project management experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading medium-to-large projects
• Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in [industry-specific] project management (e.g., IT, construction, healthcare, finance)
• Certification in Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) or Lean methodologies
• Experience with risk management and enterprise PMO frameworks
