As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic PMP Trainer to join our team in delivering industry-leading Project Management Professional (PMP) training to our learners.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMP-certified Trainer to deliver comprehensive, engaging, and practical PMP training courses at our training center in Doha, Qatar. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are passionate about sharing their expertise and supporting learners on their path to PMI certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, in-person PMP® certification training aligned with PMI’s latest Exam Content Outline and PMBOK® Guide.
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and exam preparation exercises.
• Guide and support learners through the PMP certification journey, including exam strategies and study planning.
• Customize and enhance course materials, presentations, and practice exams as needed.
• Assess participants’ understanding and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay current with PMI standards and updates to maintain course relevance.

Requirements

• Active PMP® certification (in good standing).
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering PMP training or corporate project management training.
• Strong command of PMI frameworks and the PMBOK® Guide (latest edition).
• Excellent classroom management, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Doha, Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor status is a strong plus.
• Real-world project management experience across different industries.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive teaching methods.
• Experience in developing or updating training materials.
