Employment: Full Time

  • The Store Officer is responsible Receiving, Handling, Recording and Issuing Materials, Power Tools, Equipment etc as per the SOP and ISO procedures.
  • Job description
  • Maintaining receipts & Record up to date in ERP
  • Receive delivery Note & invoices, make sure as per LPO received in good condition,
  • Create GRN in ERP.
  • Good Experience in Equipment spare parts, part number
  • Replenishing stocks doing basic accounting tasks
  • Maintain warranty of Tools & Equipment,
  • Making store requisition of the issuing materials
  • Maintain inventory of the daily issuing and receiving materials including stock transfer
  • Record keep of Power Tools, dispatch as per site requisition, if not available raise purchase requisition

Requirements:

  • minimum 5 years experience in PMV Store Keeper should expert & fast in ERP system, familiar in Construction machinery spare parts
  • The Store Officer should be able to demonstrate collaborative work style, strong leadership, planning, organizing and coordinating skills and should have the ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises.
  • He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills and Good analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
