Pocuement Head- Power Transmission &Distribution

Role Summary: Head the SCM function for all Power Transmission projects. Responsible for managing the procurement of approximately USD 3 Billion Key Responsibilities: Lead overall procurement activities for Power T&D projects Develop procurement strategy aligned with business goals Handle end-to-end procurement (RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization) Ensure timely sourcing of major materials (towers, conductors, transformers, GIS/AIS, cables, insulators, EPC packages) Drive cost optimization and value engineering Build and maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships Identify and develop new suppliers Lead commercial negotiations for high-value contracts Manage supply chain risks and support project execution Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, and finance teams Lead and mentor SCM teamExperience Required: Experience in large EPC infrastructure projects Strong vendor network (Middle East preferred) Experience managing large procurement portfolios

Pay: ﷼60,000.00 - ﷼65,000.00 per month
