POD Image Designer (AI + Photoshop Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-skill Image Designer to create winning designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) products sold on Etsy.

You will use AI tools and Photoshop to produce high-quality, aesthetic designs based on proven winning products. This role is critical to our business - strong designs = strong profits. This is a long-term role where you will learn valuable design and E-com Skills.

Key Responsibilities1) AI Design Creation

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate designs based on references we provide
• Re-prompt and refine until high-quality results are achieved
• Select only the best designs (strong aesthetic judgment required

2️) Design Editing & Enhancement

• Improve AI-generated designs using Photoshop
• Clean up artefacts, adjust colours, improve sharpness
• Ensure designs are print-ready and high resolution

3️) Mock-up & Product Image Creation

• Insert final designs into PSD mock-up templates
• Create polished product images for Etsy listings
• Follow our image layout and branding standards

4️)System & SOP Compliance

• Follow our step-by-step design systems
• Maintain consistent quality across all designs
• Meet daily/weekly production targets

Required Skills & Experience Must-Have

• Strong experience with AI image tools (Midjourney / similar)
• Advanced Photoshop skills (PSD, layers, smart objects, mock-ups)\
• Good eye for design, colour, and composition
• Ability to identify “winning” vs “weak” designs
• Attention to detail
• Reliable internet & computer

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience with Etsy / POD / e-commerce
• Knowledge of print formats & DPI
• Experience creating desk mats, posters, blankets, tapestries

Performance Expectations

You will be expected to:

• Produce high-quality designs daily
• Maintain consistent aesthetic standards
• Improve speed and output over time
• Accept feedback and revise designs quickly
• Focus on commercial performance (not just “art”)
• Low-quality output = wasted time and money - Quality is essential for this role.

Working Hours & Availability

• Full-time Role
• Minimum: 40 hrs/week

Must be responsive during agreed working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
