About the Project

The Podcast AI Project is a global initiative designed to capture natural, conversational English from speakers across different countries. The recordings will be used to train next-generation AI language and voice recognition models — helping improve how AI understands diverse voices, accents, and conversations.

We’re inviting English speakers in Egypt to participate as Podcast Hosts or Co-Hosts and represent the authentic English accent in this exciting project!

Role Overview

As a participant, you will take part in recording podcast-style conversations on everyday topics — culture, lifestyle, technology, work, or personal interests. Each session is casual, natural, and unscripted, lasting 20–60 minutes.

There are two participation roles:

Description

Host

Leads the conversation, records the session using Zencastr, uploads the file, and submits session details through a form.

Co-Host

Participates actively in the discussion (at least 50% talk time) and supports the Host to ensure sessions are submitted on time.

Each group will consist of 1 Host and 1–2 Co-Hosts, and each unique group can record up to 3 podcast sessions.

Project Workflow

• Find a group (Host and Co-Hosts).
• Record a podcast using a recording tool (20–60 minutes per session).
• Host uploads the audio file.
• Submit session details via a short Form.
• Wait for validation and payment after approval.

Rates & Payment (Egypt)

• Host Rate: $4.00 USD
• Co-Host Rate: $3.50 USD
• Payment Basis: Per approved minute of audio recording
• Payments are made only after recordings are approved for quality and clarity.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Clear speaking voice and confident conversational style
• Laptop or desktop computer with stable internet (25mbps upload & 5+ Upload)
• Quiet recording environment
• Headset or microphone with good audio quality
• Willingness to record natural conversations on various topics

• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Has experience in podcasts, online discussions, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)
