Key Responsibilities

Podcast Hosting & Production

• Host and moderate podcast episodes featuring internal leaders, industry experts, and guests.
• Research, script, and structure episodes to ensure compelling storytelling and audience engagement.
• Oversee or coordinate recording, editing, and post-production with internal/external teams.
• Develop thematic content calendars and integrate podcasts into the broader content strategy.
• Cultivate and manage database of relevant guests and experts for shows and content

Social Media Content Creation

• Create short-form video, audio snippets, reels, and social posts to amplify podcast episodes.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content aligned with the brand tone and campaigns.
• Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Spotify.
• Collaborate with design and communications teams to ensure consistent visual and narrative style.

Strategy & Analytics

• Track performance metrics (views, listens, engagement) and refine content based on audience insights.
• Experiment with trending formats and technologies to boost reach and relevance.
• Identify potential collaborations, sponsorships, or guest opportunities to expand reach.

Desired Aptitude & Attitude

• Exceptional Communication Skills & Confidence: You must be articulate, engaging, and comfortable being the face and voice of our brands. Must have a good grip on both Hindi and English.
• Passion for Podcasting: A genuine talent to step into the role of a host, anchor, or reporter, leading conversations about the exciting world of aviation, travel, adventure.
• Creative Content Engine: The ability to translate compelling podcast material into engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels.
• Self-Starter & Driven Talent: We need a self-starter—someone passionate who has the drive to not just be creative, but to translate that creativity into commercial success for our institutional channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
