Who we are
First responders run toward the danger everyone else runs from. At Firstgevity, our mission is simple: make sure they have the strength, resilience, and wellness support to do it for a lifetime. We're a fast-growing health and wellness platform serving law enforcement, fire, EMS, and military communities across the country — and we're looking for someone who can sell with conviction and speak with authority.
About this role
At its core, this is a sales job — but it's not a typical one. You'll be driving new business through high-volume outreach and sales calls and showing up as the credible, engaging voice of Firstgevity on daily podcast episodes with prospects, partners, and community figures. The podcast isn't a side project — it's a sales tool, a trust builder, and a pipeline driver. The best candidate understands that distinction immediately.
You'll move fast. Multiple sales calls and podcast recordings daily is the expectation, not the exception. If you thrive in high-output environments and have the wellness or fitness credibility to back up what you're selling, this role was built for you.
What you'll do
- Drive new business by prospecting and building relationships with first responder agencies, departments, and associations nationwide
- Own the full sales cycle — outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and close
- Host multiple podcast episodes daily featuring prospects, partners, first responders, and wellness professionals — using the show as a genuine relationship and pipeline tool
- Conduct back-to-back sales calls and interviews with energy, preparation, and purpose
- Educate prospects on the health and wellness challenges unique to first responders and how Firstgevity addresses them
- Partner with the team to refine messaging, improve outreach, and build playbooks that scale
- Track pipeline, activity, and results with transparency and discipline
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience — you know how to open doors, build trust, and close deals
- A background in wellness, fitness, or a related field — enough to speak credibly about training, recovery, mental resilience, and occupational health
- Natural on-mic and on-camera presence — you're comfortable doing it at volume, back to back, every day
- High-output work ethic; this role moves fast and rewards people who don't slow down
- Ability to connect emotionally with the first responder community — through personal experience, family ties, or genuine respect for their service
- Self-starter mentality with the discipline to perform in a remote environment
Bonus points
- Background in or personal connection to law enforcement, fire, EMS, or military
- Experience selling wellness, fitness, or health-related products or services
- Prior podcast, media, or public speaking experience
- Existing network within first responder or government agency communities
Compensation
- Base from $60,000/year
- Uncapped commission — potential for $100,000+ OTE is realistic for the right performer
- Ground-floor opportunity with real upside as the company scales
How to apply — video introduction required
Along with your resume, submit a 2–4 minute video introduction. This is your audition and your first impression — treat it like both.
Please address the following:
- Why does the first responder wellness mission resonate with you personally?
- Share a moment where your communication skills made the difference in a sale or relationship.
Upload to YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive (unlisted is fine) and include the link with your resume. No production polish required — we're looking for presence, energy, and genuine fit.
If you can sell, you can speak, and you care about the mission — we want to hear from you.
