Experience

0–2 Years
(Freshers with strong editing skills and portfolio are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos from long podcast episodes
• Create high-retention Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Add professional subtitles, captions, emojis, and transitions
• Maintain brand consistency in style and formatting
• Work closely with content & production teams
• Deliver edits within tight timelines

Required Skills & Tools

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut (PC or Mobile)
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends
• Experience in subtitle styling & text animation
• Good sense of storytelling and pacing
• Ability to manage multiple edits daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in podcast or social media editing
• Understanding of YouTube Shorts & Instagram algorithm
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
