We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Podcast Studio Operator & Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our podcast studio. This role combines technical skills, client management, and operational coordination, and is essential to ensuring smooth and professional studio sessions.

The ideal candidate must be able to operate recording equipment, manage clients from arrival to completion of sessions, and ensure everything runs efficiently and on time. This is not just a technical role — it requires strong communication skills, responsibility, and the ability to manage the full studio experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate podcast recording equipment (audio, video, lighting)
• Prepare the studio before each session and ensure everything is ready to run
• Manage clients during sessions, provide guidance, and maintain a professional experience
• Coordinate recording schedules, bookings, and session flow
• Handle basic troubleshooting of equipment during recording
• Communicate with content production team for post-production workflow
• Manage payments, bookings, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating at high standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience with podcasting, media production, or studio operations
• Strong understanding of audio/video equipment and setup
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED180.00 - AED220.00 per day

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
