What You’ll Do

As a key member of our mobile care team, you will:

• Provide routine foot care, non-surgical treatment, and wound care (including diabetic ulcers and minor bedside procedures like ingrown toenail removals)
• Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and document diagnoses/treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient continuity of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on foot health, treatment plans, and preventative care
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient visits and treatment outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate and reliable Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
• Experience in mobile care or SNF/Skilled Nursing Facility settings is a plus
• Able to travel to facilities in the Inland Empire areas.
• Confident in delivering bedside procedures and working independently
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-Time to Full-time (3-5days/week)
• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Friday
• Location: Mobile — travel required throughout the Inland Empire areas
• Compensation: based on production rate of 50% (to be explained further during the interview, as this is very technical)
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

• Active California DPM License (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Commitment to 100% travel for on-site visits
• Strong documentation and clinical skills
