About the Role

We are expanding our Foot Care Services in Al Ain and seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, with a strong focus on diabetic foot management, preventive care, and treatment of common foot conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full foot assessments, including diabetic foot screening and neurovascular evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage common and complex foot conditions
  • Perform clinical procedures: callus/corn debridement, nail care, ingrown toenail management, wound care
  • Assess biomechanics and gait; prescribe orthotics as needed
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education programs
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records (DOH & Malaffi standards)
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the rehabilitation team
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Podiatry / Foot Care / Chiropody
  • Valid DOH license or eligibility for DOH licensing
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred (new graduates with strong experience may be considered)
  • Experience with diabetic foot care and wound management is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
  • Commitment to high clinical standards and professional ethics
