About the Role
We are expanding our Foot Care Services in Al Ain and seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, with a strong focus on diabetic foot management, preventive care, and treatment of common foot conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full foot assessments, including diabetic foot screening and neurovascular evaluations
- Diagnose and manage common and complex foot conditions
- Perform clinical procedures: callus/corn debridement, nail care, ingrown toenail management, wound care
- Assess biomechanics and gait; prescribe orthotics as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education programs
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records (DOH & Malaffi standards)
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the rehabilitation team
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Podiatry / Foot Care / Chiropody
- Valid DOH license or eligibility for DOH licensing
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred (new graduates with strong experience may be considered)
- Experience with diabetic foot care and wound management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
