Pay: $140,000 - $150,000 per year full time

Pay: $65 - $75 per hour part time

At Westchester Foot Care we employ the latest treatment modalities and provide the most advanced state of the art care for patients in White Plains, New Rochelle, Yonkers and surrounding areas. Our facilities are fully automated using digital direct radiography and electronic health records. We provide a supportive environment and have an experienced staff to help you succeed. We are looking for either a full time of part time Podiatrist who is reliable with excellent communication skills and is able to care for a diverse patient population. Great potential for professional growth and equity in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical history review, physical examinations, and gait analysis to diagnose foot and ankle conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans encompassing conservative and surgical interventions.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques such as X-rays, MRI, or CT scans to diagnose complex foot and ankle issues accurately.
• Manage patient records efficiently using EHR systems.
• Educate patients on preventive foot health practices, lifestyle modifications, and post-operative care to promote long-term well-being.
• Prescribe medications and treatments to alleviate pain and discomfort.
• Perform surgeries of ailments encompassing the foot
• Refer patients to other medical professionals when necessary.
• Provide appropriate Durable Medical Equipment for patients with foot deformities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree .
• Valid license to practice Podiatry in New York State.
• Completion of a three year accredited residency program in Podiatric medicine and surgery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in podiatry innovations and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
