Job Opening: Point of Contact (POC) – Rider Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Point of Contact (POC) to manage daily rider communications, track performance, and ensure smooth issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and able to handle multiple tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Communication:
- Call riders daily to confirm attendance, performance, and address any concerns.
- Document all inquiries accurately for reporting and follow-up.
Issue Tracking & Documentation:
- Understand, categorize, and record rider issues (bike, app, salary, performance, accommodation, etc.).
- Maintain and update the daily performance sheet promptly.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track riders’ progress toward monthly targets.
- Report all issues and gaps to the Fleet Manager.
- Maintain records of riders on target vs. below target.
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Follow up with the Fleet Manager on pending issues until closure.
- Report daily low-performing riders to the Supervisor.
- Respond to rider calls and inquiries throughout the day.
Reporting:
- Daily Reporting (to Fleet Manager):
- Riders below target
- All rider inquiries/issues
- Urgent issues requiring immediate action
- Weekly Reporting (to Operations Manager):
- Repeated issues
- Low performers list
- Total resolved vs. pending issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, or delivery operations is a plus
