Point of Sale (POS) & Shop Management Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Point of Sale (POS) & Shop Management Officer to manage daily operations of our clothing store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales transactions, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.

- Maintain and organize merchandise displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate transaction records.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

- Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock.

- Support store management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

- Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in retail, clothing stores, cashiering, or shop management is an a advantage.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
