Solid Structures USA is looking for hardworking individuals to join our growing pole building construction crews. We build high-quality shops, garages, barndominiums, agricultural buildings, and commercial structures throughout Eastern Washington, North Idaho, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Construct post-frame (pole barn) buildings from start to finish
• Set posts and install framing, trusses, purlins, girts, and metal panels
• Install windows, overhead doors, walk doors, and trim packages
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and follow construction plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Work efficiently as part of a construction crew
• Travel to project locations as needed

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Experience with framing, roofing, carpentry, or post-frame construction is a plus
