The Fridley Police Department is accepting applications for upcoming full-time Police Officer positions. The City of Fridley is a busy first ring suburb located entirely within Anoka County. An authorized strength of 47 police officers serve approximately 30,000 residents. Fridley police officers serve a diverse community that is extremely supportive of its police department.
Hourly wage rates are dependent upon assignment and longevity.
Lateral applicants can be placed higher in the pay scale and take advantage of an abbreviated field training program, depending upon experience and qualifications.

Eligible applicants must be a U.S. citizen, possess a valid driver's license, possess a current police officer license with the Minnesota POST Board or be eligible to be licensed by the date of hire.
