Role Summary
Support the design, review, and implementation of finance policies, procedures, and internal controls. The role ensures strong financial governance and process efficiency across agriculture and retail/FMCG business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, and standardize finance policies, SOPs, and process maps.
- Perform end-to-end reviews of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, inventory, costing, capex, etc.).
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements aligned with IFRS and best practices.
- Drive process optimization initiatives across agriculture and retail/FMCG functions.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure policy adoption and compliance.
- Conduct training and workshops on new or updated policies and procedures.
- Prepare assessment reports, documentation, and management presentations.
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and system/ERP enhancement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
- 7-10 years’ experience in finance policies & procedures, internal controls, or process improvement.
- Experience in agriculture and retail/FMCG sectors preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
