Education & Experience Guidelines

• Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible housing program policy analysis and administration experience, including experience in auditing, training, systems, and quality control. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public administration, public policy, urban studies, or a related field preferred. A related degree may substitute for work experience requirement.
• Experience with HUD Multi-Family programs and preparation/submission of HUD-50059 forms is preferred.
