About Job:

As a Political Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting on-ground surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gather accurate insights on public opinion, local issues, and voter sentiment. You will ensure data integrity by adhering to research protocols and reporting standards.

The role involves extensive fieldwork, documentation of findings, and preparation of structured reports to support organizational objectives. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and awareness of Maharashtra’s socio-political environment are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct field surveys and on-ground research on political issues and voter sentiment.

- Engage with communities through structured surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to capture first-hand insights.

- Collect and analyze data on public opinion, local issues, and community expectations.

- Prepare detailed Report & Presentations to support campaign messaging and strategies.

- Maintain awareness of Maharashtra’s socio-political landscape during fieldwork.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field with minimum 1-2 years of experience.

- Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and software for qualitative and quantitative analysis with a knack for creating compelling research reports and presentations.

- An excellent listening and communication skills is must, both verbal and written, in Marathi (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of Maharashtra’s political and cultural landscape is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
