Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Teaching: Deliver comprehensive lectures for Class XI and XII Political Science (Board Level) while integrating concepts required for UPSC General Studies (Polity & Governance) and CLAT (Legal Reasoning/Constitution).
• Curriculum Delivery: Cover key areas including the Indian Constitution, Political Theory, and Contemporary World Politics. Link theoretical concepts with current events and International Relations for holistic preparation.
• Assessment & Tracking: Conduct and analyze Bi-Weekly topic tests (Subjective for Boards & Objective for Entrances) to benchmark students against national competition and track performance.
• Doubt Resolution: Lead dedicated individual doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students have zero gaps in conceptual understanding.
• Mentorship: Maintain a disciplined classroom environment and mentor students to develop critical thinking regarding governance and policy, essential for future Civil Servants and Lawyers.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Political Science (M.A. Political Science).
• Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in a coaching institute or school.
• Skills: Strong command over the Indian Constitution and International Relations. Ability to facilitate debates and discussions to enhance analytical skills required for UPSC Mains and Law entrances.
