Hiring: Polymer Engineer
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Salary: PKR 50,000 to 150,000
Experience: 5 to 7 Years

We are looking for an experienced Polymer Engineer to manage and improve injection molding operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, consistent product quality, and continuous process improvement.

Relevant Industry Experience:
Plastic Packaging Manufacturing
Caps & Closures Manufacturing
Tube & Tube Components Manufacturing
PET Preform Manufacturing
FMCG Packaging Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize injection molding processes
• Monitor machine parameters and production efficiency
• Troubleshoot machine, mold, and process-related issues
• Reduce scrap, waste, and cycle times through improvements
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain production records and process documentation
• Train operators on SOPs and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering
• 5 to 7 years of experience in injection molding operations
• Strong knowledge of molds, machines, and polymer materials
• Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISCC PLUS will be an advantage)
• Good leadership and team management skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
