Polyurethane Supervisor

Olshan Foundation Repair is currently seeking a Polyurethane to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 2-3 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and train Crew Members in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and/or company.
• Supervise and perform foundation repair by installing polyurethane injections with careful consideration and precision.
• Interact with customers to ensure customer trust and understanding.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by explaining the foundation repair or polyurethane injection process.
• Communicate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure that specifications are met and make recommendations as necessary.
• Safely operate and properly maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction areas to eliminate possible hazards. Ensure proper cleanup of all work areas after each job is complete.
• Ensure that Olshan’s policies and practices are implemented and followed according to the Employee & Safety Handbook.
• Follow oral and written instructions; communicate effectively with all employees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Foundation Repair/Polyurethane Foam experience of 1-2 years is a must*
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background requirements.
• Working weekends may be required; some travel.
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt to customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and subordinates.

Compensation:

• $45,000-50,000
