We blend the lively energy of a resort with the authentic hospitality that defines us. We are seeking charismatic and skilled Pool Bar Bartenders to become the life of our poolside party. You don't just pour drinks; you create experiences, crafting delicious beverages and bringing a dose of sunny Texas charm to every interaction.

Your Mission

To provide exceptional, speedy, and friendly beverage service that enhances our guests' poolside fun. You will master our drink menu, maintain a vibrant and clean station, and ensure every guest leaves the bar with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Craft with Flair | Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails and frozen drinks to non-alcoholic refreshers, with speed, consistency, and presentation in mind.
• Create a Vibe | Engage guests with an upbeat, friendly, and professional attitude, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere at the bar.
• Master the Operations | Ensure our guests are having a great time responsibly, monitoring the audience at all times; manage inventory to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
• Uphold Our Standards | Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, sanitized, and organized at all times, adhering to all health and safety codes.
• Be a Brand Ambassador | Have a thorough knowledge of our menu, make personalized recommendations, and promote daily specials or featured drinks.

Who You Are

• A personable and energetic individual with a passion for hospitality. Previous bartending experience is required
• A skilled multitasker who remains calm and efficient during busy rushes, providing prompt service to a high volume of guests
• Knowledgeable about classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, with a passion for CBD infused beverages, mocktails, and any current bar trends
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to responsible alcohol service (TABC certification required)
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be comfortable working indoors/outdoors in a poolside environment (Full-Time and Part-Time available)

Pay: From $3.00 per hour
