Pool Bartender/Servers

Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic Pool Bartenders and Servers to join our vibrant poolside team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our outdoor hospitality experience, mixing drinks, serving food, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time by the pool. Responsibilities

• Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food orders from guests poolside and serve with promptness and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upgrades.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety around the pool area while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down bar stations during shift changes or special events like parties or banquets.

Experience

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, especially in a hospitality or resort setting, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience working at nightclubs or in banquet environments can be advantageous.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
