Pool Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service/Cleaning Technician to service HOAs, apartment complexes, and residential properties throughout the area.

Position Overview

This role involves maintaining swimming pools to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Skimming debris from pools
• Brushing and vacuuming pools
• Testing and adjusting water chemistry
• Maintaining detailed service records
• Performing general cleaning and maintenance duties
• Company take home truck provided

Requirements

• MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPIERIENCE REQUIRED
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule — some days may exceed 8 hours
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Job sites vary daily, so flexibility is important.

Experience

Previous pool service experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
