What You’ll Do

• Assist in pool construction from start to finish (vinyl & gunite)
• Support excavation, site prep, and layout
• Help with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Assemble steel walls and assist with plumbing and conduit installation
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with a crew to complete projects on time

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience (required)
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability—your team depends on you
• Positive attitude and ability to take direction
• Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced skills

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to lift 80+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods
• Willing to work 6 days/week, including Saturdays, during peak season
