Pool Designer and Sales Person

Responsibilities :Puryear Custom Pools, an industry leader in new pools & outdoor living, is adding Design/Sales Consultants to our growing design sales department. Family owned and operated for 27 years; we are known for our quality & commitment to our clients as well as our award-winning outdoor pools & living spaces. In Ground Pool Design experience required.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: · Conduct the initial consultation with our clients at their home · Develop a pool/outdoor living environment to present to the client utilizing Pool Studio software, (REQUIRED)· Price and prepare the presentation materials · Present the proposed pool/outdoor living environment to the client at our Ft. Worth showroom where the company’s unique construction techniques & features are displayed. Will assist in preparing and obtaining required permits and engineering plans.

OTHER ASPECTS OF YOUR ROLE: · Learn & utilize company software and Pool Studios · No prospect hunting/cold calling is required; you will call on company-provided client leads to obtain client’s design information · No overnight travel is required, but you will work some evenings and Saturdays as your clients require · During the training program, you are paid on a negotiated draw program, after the training period, you transition to a weekly draw against your sales commission; veteran design sales consultants’ earnings exceed $100K+ and all have an unlimited earning potential. This is a commission position that requires your own transportation but has rewards that far surpass salary jobs in the same industry. Company phone and computer provided.
