Position Summary

We’re seeking a Pool Designer & Sales Consultant who can blend creativity with sales expertise. This is the key sales role for our company—helping clients design and visualize their dream pools while guiding them through the purchase process. As part of our customer-first, next-generation approach, you’ll have the freedom to create inspired designs, connect with clients, and be rewarded through a commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct consultations (in-home or virtual) to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Design custom pool concepts using professional design software (e.g., Pool Studio or similar).
  • Present proposals and renderings that clearly communicate vision, value, and cost.
  • Drive the sales process from lead to signed contract, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs align with feasibility and budgets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Help represent the new vision of Craft Master Custom Pools—a family-owned company evolving into the future of luxury pool design.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and/or design (pool, landscape, or luxury residential industries preferred).
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D design/rendering software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial drive—motivated by commissions and unlimited earnings potential.
  • Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools, CRM systems, and digital sales aids.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and able to translate ideas into reality.

Compensation

  • Commission-Only role – earnings based directly on performance. 6% commission on sale price.
  • Unlimited potential for high-performing sales professionals.
