Pool Monitor / Unarmed Security Officer (Level II) – HOA Community

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the community pool area and enforce HOA pool rules and safety guidelines
• Patrol and observe amenities (pool, parks, fitness center, common areas)
• Maintain a visible presence to promote safety, security, and rule compliance
• Address unauthorized access, guest limits, and after-hours use
• Observe and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and disturbances
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
• Provide excellent resident relations and customer service

Requirements

• Valid Texas Level II Non‑Commissioned Security License (required)
• Reliable transportation and working phone
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and dependability
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
