Pool Remodel Construction Superintendent

California Pools & Landscape is looking for a dedicated Superintendent with at least 3 years of experience in remodel pool construction. This job requires overseeing daily construction activities at multiple work sites while upholding quality standards within our defined scope of work and minimizing cost overruns through proper project planning. While completing projects in a timely manner, maintaining positive and thriving relationships with customers, teammates, and trade relations is expected. Skills/ Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in swimming pool remodel
• 5 to 10 years of experience in new pools, pool equipment, masonry, landscape, or housing construction
• Organized and independent worker
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Excellent at email communication
• Clean DMV
• An excellent work ethic, as well as respect for a positive work environment, is extremely important to our company.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
