Pool Server (tip position)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and preparation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals in a welcoming and professional environment, whether in our fine dining establishment or during catered events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Participate in banquet service, catering events, and special functions as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in fine dining or banquet service is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bartending experience is an advantage but not required.
