Pool Servers - Seasonal

Your role is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to guests at the pool area, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and proactively addressing any concerns.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, building rapport and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Provide information about the pool menu and answer guest questions.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders from the kitchen.
• Present food and beverages professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the poolside service area.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the poolside service area.
• Assist with inventory of service ware and supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
• Any other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.
• A Food Handler’s Certification required.

Working Conditions:

• You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
• You may encounter pool chemicals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• You may experience variable noise levels.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
