Pool & Spa Technician

Overview

We are a pool and spa company looking for a reialbe, motivated individual to join our outdoor team.

This is an entry level position with a clear path to become a major portion of our service operations.

You will start by learning the basics, working alongside experienced coworkers, and gradually taking on more responsibility. Our goal is develop the right person into someone who can manage and eventually run day to day service work independently.

What You'll Do

• Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, chemical levels, and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate clearly with clients about service procedures and provide recommendations for ongoing pool care.
• Assist with pool openings and closings
• Help with equiptment installs (pumps, filters, heaters, etc..)
• Support service calls and maintenance work
• Assist in new pool construction

Requirements

• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment or supplies.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
