Pool Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pool Superintendent to lead and oversee all aspects of pool construction. This vital role involves supervising construction projects to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, site supervision, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a Pool Superintendent, you will play a key role in coordinating teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to create safe, inviting residential pools.

Duties

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of pool construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project development and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations by conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution while maintaining open communication channels.
• Implement best practices for construction site management including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and ensuring adherence to construction standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential pool construction
• Supervising experience leading diverse teams of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards including OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical testing equipment like ohmmeters.
• Ability to manage project budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels from clients to field teams.
• Knowledge of contracts management processes related to construction projects involving pools or similar infrastructure.
• Construction site experience specifically related to pool installation or renovation is highly desirable.

Pay: $49,499.80 - $80,100.00 per year
