Pool Technician

We are a growing pool service company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and takes pride in keeping pools clean, safe, and operating properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance services
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Skim, brush, vacuum pools, and clean filters
• Inspect pool equipment and identify needed repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding pool conditions
• Maintain accurate service records
• Drive company vehicle safely and professionally
• Follow company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• Prior pool service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Basic understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work

Pay: $600.00 - $850.00 per week
