Pool Technician

We are a small, exclusive pool company looking for two (2) part-time, or full-time employees (pool tech) for the remaining pool season (2026). Experience in the field is not necessary although preferred. It will provide for higher compensation if so. Learning will be directly hands-on & on-site training will be provided as well. Working hours are as followed: [8:30 am - 5:30 pm] (M-Th). You will be provided weekends off as well as holidays. In addition, our company offers a health+dental insurance plan along with an IRA (401K plan), and Christmas bonus after working one (1) year.

The scope of work involved will include seasonal pool openings & closings, regular maintenance cleanings, liner and cover installs and replacements, saltwater conversions, various service work, and a variety of equipment installs and replacement. Our service areas include mostly Virginia Beach and Chesapeake slightly. You must have a valid driver’s license & transportation to my place of business in the morning (Virginia Beach, 23456). We will leave from there in a company truck thereafter. Pay grade will be determined based on experience but starting pay with no experience will be $17.00 /hr minimum. Initial interviews will be conducted over the phone. The days are normally pretty laid back and we will provide a comfortable & friendly working environment with plenty of room to excel.
