What You Will Do

As a Technician, you are the face of the company on-site. Your primary responsibility is the restoration of pool tile using professional-grade equipment.

• Tile Restoration: Use specialized sandblasting/bead-blasting equipment to remove calcium buildup.
• Site Management: Set up and break down equipment daily; ensure the job site is cleaner than when you arrived.
• Maintenance: Perform basic checks and light maintenance on pumps, compressors, and tools.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally with high-end homeowners and property managers regarding the process and progress.

What We Are Looking For

We value attitude and reliability over specific experience. If you have a background in landscaping, construction, pressure washing, or general labor, you likely have the skills we need.

• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work.
• Professionalism: You are comfortable and confident speaking with customers in English.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor (bending, kneeling, squatting) for extended periods.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a clean record are required.
• Detail-Oriented: You don’t cut corners; you ensure the tile looks perfect before leaving.
