Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude, providing excellent guest relations and ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize guest flow.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff and pool attendants to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries both in person and over the phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information about amenities, menus, and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, waiting areas, and poolside spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Support food service operations by communicating guest needs clearly to servers and kitchen staff when necessary.

Experience

• Prior experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Experience working in hotel or resort environments adds valuable insight into guest relations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of food service operations, serving procedures, and hospitality best practices enhances your ability to excel in this role.

Pay: $24.50 per hour
