POP Display Designer & Fabrication Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative POP Display Designer & Fabrication Specialist to bring brand experiences to life through captivating point-of-purchase displays. In this role, you will use client provided renderings to develop eye-catching, functional, and brand-aligned displays that enhance consumer engagement. Your passion for design and hands-on fabrication skills will drive the creation of impactful retail environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence visual merchandising strategies and craft compelling product presentations that resonate with audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Pre-press: Create and adapt structural designs for temporary POP displays.
• Mounting & Laminating: Expertly apply vinyl and printed graphics to various substrates (foam core, Gatorboard, corrugated plastic, etc.) using cold/hot laminators and mounting equipment.
• Fabrication: Familiar with capabilities of Zund digital die cutter to cut, score, and create the necessary elements to assemble 3D display structures.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for bubbles, wrinkles, or alignment issues to ensure premium output.
• Material Management: Assist in selecting the right materials for structural integrity and aesthetic appeal based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sign shop, large-format print environment, or exhibit fabrication.
• Technical Skills: Good mechanical ability, knowledge of roller laminator presses and finishing equipment is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail Oriented: Precision is key in mounting and laminating to avoid waste and ensure a professional finish.

Pay: $22.94 - $27.63 per hour
