About The Role
We're looking for experienced Population Health Informaticists to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed to analyze and act on large-scale health data. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands population health trends, disparities, and intervention strategies — making a real-world difference at scale.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams at Alignerr.

What You'll Do

Evaluate AI-generated population health analyses for accuracy, relevance, and clinical soundness

Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes

Review and provide expert feedback on dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making

Translate complex analytical insights into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI better support health programs and policy

Flag errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI-generated public health content using clear, evidence-based reasoning
Who You Are

Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets

Strong analytical thinker with solid data visualization and reporting skills

Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working asynchronously

Passionate about using data to improve health outcomes at a community level
Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics frameworks

Experience working with electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or public health surveillance systems

Background in designing or evaluating population health programs or initiatives
