About The Role

We're looking for experienced Population Health Informaticists to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed to analyze and act on large-scale health data. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands population health trends, disparities, and intervention strategies — making a real-world difference at scale.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams at Alignerr.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated population health analyses for accuracy, relevance, and clinical soundness
• Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes
• Review and provide expert feedback on dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making
• Translate complex analytical insights into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI better support health programs and policy
• Flag errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI-generated public health content using clear, evidence-based reasoning
  
  

Who You Are

• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
• Strong analytical thinker with solid data visualization and reporting skills
• Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working asynchronously
• Passionate about using data to improve health outcomes at a community level
  
  

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics frameworks
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or public health surveillance systems
• Background in designing or evaluating population health programs or initiatives
