About The Role
We're partnering with leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate health AI — and we need population health experts to help make it happen. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI systems working with large-scale health data. Your insights will directly shape how AI understands population health trends, disparities, and interventions.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule and contribute to some of the most meaningful AI work being done today.

What You'll Do

Evaluate AI-generated population health analyses for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance

Identify gaps, errors, or missed opportunities in AI outputs related to health trends, disparities, and intervention strategies

Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems produce better population-level health insights

Review data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks generated by AI for quality and usability

Translate complex public health concepts into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
Who You Are

Experienced with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot meaningful patterns and errors in health data

Skilled in data visualization, dashboards, or health reporting tools

Able to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely in writing

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks
Nice to Have

Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or a related field

Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows

Familiarity with AI or machine learning systems in a healthcare context
