We are looking for a Porter to join our Maintenance Department.
We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.
Position Requirements:
Primary focus is maintaining the overall appearance of the community.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Finish work; painting, cleaning, caulking, etc.
Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
Policing the ground and parking areas. Painting curbs and parking lot striping.
Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
Strong cleaning skills a must! You will primarily be outside 85% of the day.
Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. Working weekends will be mandatory.
HVAC and CPO certification is a plus.
Salary:
$16/hr
