Living Residential is seeking a motivated and dependable Porter to join our Philadelphia property team. Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the property
• Assist with maintaining lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces
• Support floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing when needed
• Assist with property inspections and identify areas requiring attention
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to the maintenance team
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and company standards
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and learn maintenance operations as training opportunities arise

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning procedures
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
