Porter/ Car Wash Detailer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our clients' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
• Utilize various cleaning products and tools to ensure a high-quality finish on all vehicles.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist with lot maintenance. This includes keeping the lot tidy, removing debris, and ensuring the overall appearance of the lot is well-maintained.
• Assist in tracking vehicle locations and ensuring that new vehicles are properly displayed and organized on the lot.

Experience

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, buffing methods, and detailing tools is advantageous.
• Customer service experience is essential for interacting positively with clients.
