Porter / Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Beaumont) – Will Train

Take pride in a clean, sharp-looking property? Pear Tree Property Management is hiring a Porter / Maintenance Technician for our 112-unit Beaumont community. This is a great way to get into apartment maintenance — keep the grounds looking great, help turn units, and learn the trades from our lead tech. Dependable, hard-working people are encouraged to apply, even with limited experience. We'll train the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Keep grounds, breezeways, and common areas clean and sharp.

- Help turn vacant units — trash-outs, cleaning, and prep.

- Assist the lead tech with repairs and learn the trades.

- Maintain the community's curb appeal every day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A strong work ethic and pride in a clean property (experience helpful, not required).

- Willingness to learn maintenance skills.

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Reliable and punctual. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER
